Unlike most of its competitors in the industrial real estate space, Legacy Investing takes a future-facing approach—treating data centers not as static real estate assets, but as dynamic machines. Their strategy centers on operational excellence and long-term value, appealing to a forward-thinking audience of operators and investors.

As lead designer within the CO OP team, I co-developed the brand’s visual identity and led the design of the website and key deliverables. The main challenge was to craft a brand that stood apart from competitors—most of whom rely on traditional, conservative design—by reflecting Legacy’s innovative mindset and service-driven model.
